Baythorn P.S. leadership team is working with staff, students, parents and community partners in developing School Improvement Plan For Student Achievement. The wide variety of involvement will ensure that the improvement plan and its implementation are reflective of all stakeholders in the school community.

- Create opportunities that support inclusion and belonging.
